Hello there! I started off posting strong, but it just wasn't something I could keep up with while this disease was just really wiping me out. I don't know what I was thinking starting a blog when I could barely move my fingers to type! 

Some topics of posts to come:

• Prednisone - perhaps with a focus on toxicities
• JAK inhibitors, in celebration of a new non-biologic getting FDA approval for marketing
• Disease mechanisms - looking at some specific cytokines besides the typical TNF-alpha focus
